It’s cold outside baby, so we’re bringing the heat to Barangaroo House with our House of Hues ambient light installation designed by Vincent Buret. Vincent is a Sydney-based designer focused on communicating ideas through form and material with simplicity and poetic expression. Vincent’s work nods to minimalist aesthetics, simplicity in shapes, new technologies and durability.
We're giving our cocktail list a glow up, with Bombay Sapphire cocktails which encompass sweet, sour and tangy citrus flavours that'll keep you sipping all night long. Highlights include the Reviver No. Cru cocktail which comprises Bombay Premier Cru, Cointreau, Martini Bianco, citrus and prosecco, plus our Sunset Spritz consisting of Bombay Sunset gin, citrus, bergamot, bitters and Fever-Tree elderflower tonic.
