Campari Aperitivo Window
Barangaroo House is brought a little bit of Italy to Smoke Bar this summer with the Campari Aperitivo Window. The concept was inspired by the ‘wine windows’ or ‘buchette del vino’ of Florence and Tuscany made famous during the 17th century plague. Small hatches were carved into the walls in order for Italians to receive their wine or drink of choice without direct contact. Guests could experience this to at Smoke Rooftop Bar by simply ordering a drink with a waiter and receiving a Campari token, walking up to the window, ringing the bell and presenting the token and the drink of choice would appear.
From the 8 February to 21 February 2021 House Bar partnered with Peroni to bring all the action of the Australian Open, straight from the Melbourne Arena. House Bar was the hub of live sport & Peroni. Guests could enjoy a day in the sunshine with snacks and pints, perfectly paired anti-pasto, focaccia and olives. Check back here next year!
