On the top level of the house - Whispering Angel Rosé is taking the stage - featured on the menu for the month by the glass and bottle. Accompanying this - is a refreshing cocktail - "Pink Sunset" with Bombay Sapphire, rosé, rhubarb liquor, and lemon. For snacks, we have prawn crackers & smoked ocean trout with steamed brioche & ocean trout pearl. Perfect for a lovely sunset while our favourite DJ's soundtrack the evening.
