Rosé Rising - A month-long Rosé takeover of all three levels of the House.  

 

We’re giving the venue a makeover for October as an ode to the pink drink we love so much. We’ve also created a custom menu of Rosé themed food & drinks for each level to suit anyone & any occasion.  

In House Bar we’re drinking Chandon Rosé, frosé, eating Skull Island pink bao buns and finishing off with strawberries & cream sandos. Up in Rekodo, Veuve Clicquot Rosé is taking the stage – available by the glass & bottle for the month – as well as a custom rosé cocktail, a shooter, tuna san choi bau & strawberry fried ice cream.  

 

At the top of the House in Smoke we’re featuring Whispering Angel – the classic French rosé best enjoyed in the sunshine. Available by the glass & bottle for the month, alongside a few custom drinks & snacks paired perfectly with the sunset.  

 

On top of all that, we will have special events such as rosé themed bottomless lunches, listening parties & more.

Chandon Rosé

House Bar

In House Bar, we're drinking Chandon Rosé - all October. Paired beautifully with our Skull Island Prawn Bao, or strawberries & cream sando. Don't forget a refreshing Frosé too - available for $15 all day everyday or $10 at Happy Hour in House Bar.

Veuve Clicquot Rosé

As we head up to level one, we get ready to take it up a notch with Veuve Clicquot Rosé, which is available by the glass and bottle all month long. Alongside this is a custom spritz-style cocktail, a specialised pink shot, tuna sung choy bao, and strawberry fried ice cream.

Whispering Angel

Smoke

On the top level of the house - Whispering Angel Rosé is taking the stage. Featured on the menu for the month by the glass and bottle. Accompanying this - is a refreshing cocktail - "Pink Sunset" with Bombay Sapphire, rosé & rhubarb liquor, and lemon. For snacks, we have prawn crackers & smoked Ocean trout with steamed brioche & ocean trout pearl.
