The cult of Rosé is coming back to pinkwash Barangaroo House this October. Forget what you think you know about rosé. Barangaroo House will bleed pink for the entire month of October in allegiance to Rosé Rising, an event which debuted last year in tribute to Sydney’s springtime rosé revolution.
From hot pink graffiti art, to bright neon lights, this is not your normal rosé festival. A crack team of rosé connoisseurs, on a mission to reclaim pink as the most radical colour ever, will pinkwash all three floors. The venue will be reinvented in a fury of fuchsia that will include striking décor and bespoke artwork.
A calendar of special events and live entertainment will ensure guests get in the mood for spring party season, and each floor will be devoted to a different tutu-toned Champagne.

House Bar will be marching to the beat of the rosé revolution all month, featuring Moét & Chandon rosé, frosé, carafes of rosé sangria and the plus the Instagram-famous Moët vending machine. Happy Hour will be replaced by Pink Hour with special prices on all your pink favourites from 4pm to 6pm every weekday.
When it comes to food, oysters will be the star of the show at House Bar (served with a rosé mignonette, of course), with an oyster bar on Thursday to Saturday, a weekday $2 oyster happy hour from 4-6pm and Moët & Chandon Rosé Imperial and ½ dozen oyster
bundles every day of the week.
Roll up, roll up! Guests who purchase a 750ml bottle of Moët & Chandon Rosé Imperial will have the chance to spin the Rosé Roulette Wheel for a chance to win a series of prizes. Pink Hour is not to be missed from 4pm-6pm everyday and there will be entertainment Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
Ruinart Raw Bar
Up at Bea, the pink clad team will be launching a Ruinart Rosé Raw Bar with a touch of, you guessed it, pink. The raw bar will feature Ruinart rosé and 1/2 dozen oyster bundles, hiramasa kingfish with rhubarb black pepper, Oscietra caviar and more while our signature caramel koala will receive a makeover for the month, with an injection of strawberry to turn its gooey caramel pink.
Bea will serve as a showcase venue for Ruinart rosé, the perfect partner to our raw bar. Georgina Larsson has put together a special rosé and orange wine focused sommelier’s selection while bartender Pauric Kennedy has created a delicious cocktail menu for the month which includes the Rosé Sbagliato and Bellini.
Weekends at Bea are the best. Guests will be able to add a $55 bottomless rosé package to their Friday to Sunday lunches or add a rosé pairing to Bea’s chef’s menu any day of the week - ‘Classy’ for $60 or ‘Outrageous’ for $80.
Warm nights and chilled wines will make ‘Pink Smoke’ Sydney’s hottest rooftop bar this October, with a dedicated rosé wine list plus bringing back bestselling rosé cocktails since the venue’s opening.
The pink theme continues through to the Smoke food menu with a limited edition snack menu created by Head Chef Tom Haynes, including chicken liver parfait with flamingo gingerbread or a sugar high inducing pink macaron, raspberry musk stick and gummy bear dessert.
Each week in Smoke, the lineup of music will be curated by some of Sydney's best DJs, including DJ Feline, Jade Le Flay, Aidan Bega and Mix.
Not to mention, each purchase of a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Rosé gives you the opportunity to pick a key, one of which may unlock a magnum of said Rosé for you to return and enjoy with friends.
