Rosé Rising

5 November to 5 December 2020

Rosé Rising is back with a for its third year. Join us this November for Rosé Rising at Barangaroo House, a celebration of all things Rosé in collaboration with our friends at Moët Hennessy and their champagnes, Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart and Moët & Chandon. Re-inventing the venue in wash of pink, you're invited to indulge in a some rosé revelry.

With 3 ways to play, each level will be buzzing day and night with its own rosé adventure featuring spectacular bespoke works of art including; a minimalistic steel spire projecting a pink glow to the building’s exterior by Sam Whiteside and BABEKÜHL, Domus Vim's Dinner A la Perspex Series and flags by Beni Single suspended from the ceiling. If that's not enough choose from a bottomless rosé lunch or dinner, pink o'clock happy hour, rosé cocktails, pink desserts, bubbles and a DJ curated soundtrack to get you grooving.

Read below for all full list of special events and live entertainment to get you in the mood for the spring party season. Each floor will be devoted to a different rosé offering; rosé on the Rooftop, rosé in the Restaurant or rosé on the Riviera.

Choose your level and revel in all things rosé.

Rose Rising light install

Immerse yourself in 'Spire' an ethereal lighting sculpture installation created by Sydney light artist Sam Whiteside and design-driven creative studio BABEKÜHL. The front of the building is home to a minimalistic steel spire of monumental scale, projecting a pink glow to the building’s exterior visible from kilometres away.

Don’t miss 'PRODUCE' by Domus Vim as part of their Dinneralaperspex installations - a series of abstract representations of iconic food dishes recreated in plastic.  BEA prides itself on its use of the freshest and greatest produce the season has to offer. BEA signature dishes have been made and placed in gallery style plinths to draw people in as if it were a gallery or exhibition, ultimately putting the 'produce' on show for all to see. The artwork seeks to show diners the elements in the dishes that they can order, no hiding, simply the best produce on offer.

Beni Single

Continuing up the stairs feel the pink heat rise as you reach Smoke Bar on the rooftop. The pink theme’s grand finale is a series of commissioned artworks on flags by Beni Single suspended from the ceiling. Beni’s series is inspired by Mexico City, his adopted hometown since February this year. He was immediately inspired by the energy and ambience of the city which is full of life.  Take in the waterside view while you sip cocktails and wine amongst these bespoke works of art.
