Step inside the heart of Rekōdo and experience something truly special - our new Chef’s Table Experience.

 

Hosted at the kitchen counter and guided by our talented Chefs, this intimate dining experience offers front-row seats to the action. Limited to just 12 guests at a time, the Chef’s Table is an immersive journey through Japanese-inspired flavours, showcasing technique, creativity, and ever-changing seasonal ingredients.

 

For $125 per person, guests will enjoy a bespoke, limited-edition menu exclusive to the Chef’s Table - a rotating selection of thoughtfully curated dishes that bring together tradition, fire, and finesse. A sample menu might include delicate chawanmushi with spanner crab and roe, charcoal-kissed mackerel uramaki, tempura zucchini flowers in sweet and sour dashi, and a standout wagyu steak marinated over charcoal with wasabi and pickled ginger. Every bite is considered, from palate cleansers to a decadent dessert of chocolate mousse with Sichuan caramel and burnt banana ice cream.
