This March, Barangaroo House launches the Chicken & Champagne Club - a month-long, limited-edition menu pairing Japanese fried chicken with iconic Champagne, set against our harbourfront backdrop.

 

Available across all three levels - House Bar, Rekōdo and Smoke Bar - the menu reflects a growing love for high-low dining, bringing together nostalgic comfort and premium pours. Think golden karaage topped with caviar, lobster-stuffed fried chicken wings, and crispy spatchcock glazed with Champagne miso. Familiar flavours, reimagined with a refined edge.

 

Champagne is served by the glass or bottle, featuring Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot and Dom Pérignon - the perfect match for everything from togarashi-spiced buckets to mini katsu sliders finished with Champagne glaze.
