Matt Moran and Solotel have announced that their latest venture, Barangaroo House, will open in December 2017. The venue is set to define the new capital of contemporary Australian cuisine.
Cory Campbell, one of Australia’s most exciting and highly regarded chefs of Vue de Monde and Noma will join Moran and Solotel heading up the kitchens across the three-level establishment.
Inside and out, Barangaroo House is set to surprise the city. The award winning structure signals a resurgence of nature in the precinct, a remarkable organic shape clad in charcoaled timber, exploding with greenery across three levels.
The interior too is alive with natural energy, as an elegant balance of elemental colours and materials describe spaces both striking and intimate.
