Summer is Barangaroo House’s time to shine. Bea welcomes you to come and enjoy the best that Sydney summer has to offer with Tom Haynes ‘Summer of 69’ menu. Keeping those feel-good sensations flowing, the menu is bursting with his favourite summer produce including a delicious stracciatella, broad bean and mint entrée to a very cooling watermelon granita to finish.
