What’s On At Bea Restaurant For Rose Rising

Free-flow weekends

Gather your gang and head to Bea for a long lunch. On the weekends throughout October, you can step things up a notch and add a $55 bottomless rosé to your meal Friday - Sunday. The package lasts for 1.5 hours and begins with a glass of NV Ruinart Rosé followed by free-flowing Triennes Rosé. All guests must have a main course each of dine from the Chefs Menu.

Rosé Pairing Menu

A twist on a classic wine pairing combination... Add a rosé pairing to Bea’s chef’s menu any day of the week- there's two options to choose from ‘Classy’ for $60 or ‘Outrageous’ for $80.

Up at Bea the pink clad team will be launching a Ruinart Raw Bar with a touch of, you guessed it, pink. The restaurant bar will be transformed into the raw bar serving rose oysters, hiramasa kingfish with rhubarb black pepper, Oscietra caviar and more! You can even enjoy these snacks out on the Bea balcony while the kitchen is closed between 3-5.30pm, enjoyed best with a glass of Ruinart Rosé or one of the delicious Pink cocktails created for the Rising.

Head Sommelier Georgina Larsson has many pink treats in store for you this October. Georgina has created a very special rosé list with almost 40 varieties and with titles like "a lighter shade of pale" and "when it’s so pink it’s actually orange" - there's something for every type of rosé fan out there.
